SOSN 12/9 / Scrapping with Liz

Hello there Stefanie here with two layouts I created using Recyclables 50 and 51 (50% off SOSN for today only)

I wanted to tell the story of how a flamingo ornament my daughter got for her birthday meant we shopped for additional pink ornaments and went pink for the tree this year.

I started with my photos, adding photo spots instead of paper circles on the vertical page. I carried the same patterned papers across both pages to add cohesion. I dressed up the paper circles with sweet summery embellishments. Adding some wordart title work, stitching and dimensional elements.

I took the liberty of using the clone tool to remove some of the neighbouring flamingoes and some splatters so that the flamingo in the paper would be the focal point. I clipped solid papers to the "string of lights" and the glow already added to the templates adds magic.

Hope that you see how you can pair templates from different sets to make a double page layout.
