It's GSO Time!

Happy September y’all!  I can’t believe the fall season is here in the States.  Well, it’s supposed to be here anyway.  We aren’t experiencing much fall in Texas, but at least the pumpkin spice lattes are here so I’m going with that!

Speaking of fall, I’ve been perusing Liz’s Gallery and fell in love with a ton of layouts that I want to scraplift.  After I saved them, I noticed that they all have my favorite colors which reminds me so much of fall!  Let me show you what I found.

First, look at this one by MrsPeel:

That food looks so delicious, and I love the way she surrounded the photos with such pretty clusters – one really full and one simpler but still connected.  This is so cute!

This one by ninigoesdigi make me smile:

I loved looking at the gorgeous and traditional travel photos, but then that unexpected photo of the chickens made my day.  What a fun juxtaposition!

Here’s another travel photo by lowan:

Her use of newspaper as a background and the colors of her papers beautifully complements and frames the photos.  I wish I was there!!

This white space on this layout by carrie1977 really gave my eyes a much-needed rest:

The tiny photo is so pretty, but I also love the connection found between the two clusters.  This looks like it should be a simple page, but it holds so many details that it really isn’t!

Last layout is by marijke:

Y’all, I want to travel so badly right now, and this picture is exactly what I want to go and see!  Isn’t the perspective of that large photo amazing with the road looking like it just keeps going into the distance?  Ohhh it’s like the whole world is open for exploring!

So, after writing this blog post, apparently not only did I love the fall colors, but also the travel theme as well!  I hope y’all liked these and you take the time to leave some much-deserved love in the gallery.  See y’all next month with another GSO blog post!
