Week 13 - 16 are finally done!

I got a little behind with getting these finished, but now I'm officially caught up. What helped me the most was that I had placed my photos into the templates and wrote down my journaling each week. I just didn't have enough time to go back and add all the pretty stuff. I was able to do that today. 

So here you go. The last four weeks of my crazy, wonderful life.
